The Forum of Federations is an international organisation that develops and shares comparative expertise on the practice of federal and decentralized governance through a global network. Its mission is to strengthen inclusive and responsive governance, including pluralism and gender equality, in federal, decentralized, and transitioning countries.
The Forum of Federations, jointly with the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States and the University of Kent (UK), has recently published a Practical Guide for an Effective Response to COVID-19 Pandemic at the Subnational Level.
